Giosuè Prezioso - HMW -

- 2:3;
- wide angle;
- Running on a bike, in the foreground, a woman is smiling at the viewer (Cate Blanchett);
the dynamic trajectory marked by the bike reflects the ones of the verge of the street and the one of the horizon. Therefore, the scene is divided into three main areas. In the midddle, the composition is delineated by a flat field of grass. In the background, finally, an aeroplane faces the viewer, parked in the shadows of a geometrical, rational house. The vanishing point coincides with the shoes of the sitter, and the handle of the bike (the cut is made even more dramatic by the diagonal lines of the arms and the legs);
- Diverging from the right, the strong lines are visible in the bike's trajectory, the lateral lines on the street, the hill, and the horizon.

- 4:3;
- Normal lens;
- Standing in front of the viewer, the sitter occupies a central, focal position in the foregrond. The photo is set vertically, dramatizing the effect of height and perspective, which is made more dynamic in the background.
The full-scale portrait is framed by a dynamic alternation of buildings, which, slightly out from the central axis of symmetry, blurs towards the core of the composition.
The vanishing point is emphasized by the thin lines converging towards the horizon.
Moreover, a hint of perspective is given by the thin, long lights throughout the street.

- 2:3;
- wide angle;
- Cut with precision, the foreground is framed by an illustionistic play of triangles. On the left, a man is looking at the viewer, and, from the point of the shape, another scene takes life. Playing with vanishing points, the photographer creates two distinctive scenes. The one in background consists of a group of people walking and intersecting the dynamic urban scene. The shadow of the triangular shape dramatizes the natual one, which goes and fades towards the horizon. Therefore, the scene is illusionistically dynamic, playing with angles and shades with mislead and fascinate.
